Your guide will pick you up at your hotel at 0900. The first stop of the day will be the Rustempasa Mosque noted for its interior covered with some of the most exquisite Iznik faience tiles ever produced. You will next travel to the Spice Market known for its dried fruits, cheeses, sausages, jams, nuts, seeds, and the well-known family of confections, Turkish Delight. While known for its vast selection of edibles, jewelry and other goods can be found as well. After leaving the Spice Market you will board a boat to travel across the Bosphorus, one of the world’s best-known natural straits. Traveling from the European side to the Asian side of the strait, you will visit Camlica Hill to take in the panoramic view of Istanbul and the Bosphorus. You will then have lunch at a local restaurant where you can sample classic Turkish cuisine. Following lunch you will travel over the Bosphorus Bridge, with its famous “Welcome to Europe” sign, along with the unique opportunity to step from one continent to another. The remainder of the afternoon will be spent visiting picturesque Ortakoy where you can relax with a Turkish coffee before your guided 1.2 kilometer walk of the Istiklal pedestrian street. Istiklal, known for its local hangouts and nightlife is where your tour will conclude at 1730 with your guide returning you to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul (B)

Your guide will pick you up at your hotel at 08:30am. Your first stop today will be the Suleymaniye Mosque. This mosque, constructed by the great Ottoman architect Sinan in 1557, is regarded as the most beautiful of all imperial mosques. In addition to the outside architecture, you will visit the tombs of the Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent and his wife Roxelana. Afterwards you will drive along the City Walls of Constantinople to the district of Edimekapi. The 5th century walls, built by Emperor Theodosius II, stretch for 6.5 kilometers from the Golden Horn to the Sea of Marmara. You can combine the view of the walls with a visit to the Chora Church (13 century AD) famous for its well-preserved wall mosaics showing scenes from the Old New Testament. Lunch will provide an opportunity to taste the local flavors of the Ottoman kitchen, which prided itself on blending recipes and ingredients from across its vast territories. Following lunch you will continue to Eyup, one of the most important Pilgrimage places on earth for the Islamic World. Afterwards you may wish to stop for a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the panoramic view of the Old City from the Coffee House of Pierre Loti. Your final stop of the day will be the Dolmabahce Palace, which extends for 600 meters along the European coast of the Bosphorus. This palace, constructed between 1843 and 1858 by Sultan I Abdulmecit, contains eclectic elements from the Baroque, Rococo, and Neoclassical styles, blended with traditional Ottoman architecture to create a new synthesis. Dolmabahce has the largest collection of Bohemian and Baccarat crystal chandeliers in the world, and one of the great staircases has balusters of Baccarat crystal. Your tour will end at your hotel at approximately 17:00. After the tour transfer to airport and fly to Cappadocia, In cappadocia transfer to your cave hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia (B) 

Optional: Hot Air Balloon ride(60min or 90min) (Between 05:00am to 08:00am for 60min flight, includes breakfast) Before the tour there is an option to go hot air ballooning: The Hot Air Balloon ascends at sunrise and the majestic ride lasts for approximately 45 minutes; in which we will float through valleys, between fairy chimneys and caves. The balloon will rise approximately 1000 feet in which you will experience the extraordinary views Cappadocia has to offer. On landing, champagne will be served to toast arrival. It is a fantastic journey made by the eccentric landscapes and the rising sun.

Full Day South Cappadocia Tour : Depart from your hotel to visit Red valley Through Cavusin Village and explore the famous rock- cut churches and hike 2 km. The hiking in Red valley with your local tour guide (wonderful rock formations,pigeon houses,natural tunels,churches. Then visit Cavusin village. Visiting Cavusin village to see cave and stone houses where abondened in 1952. Old Cavusin was abandoned several decades ago due to avalanches... After lunch drive to the Pigeon Valley. In the afternoon visit Kaymakli Underground City, where early Christians lived in fear and faith. The houses in the village are constructed around the nearly one hundred tunnels of the underground city, which is one of the most interesting underground settlements in Cappadocia. On the way back visit the Ortahisar town. Before tour ends, we are invited to join a local family for a tea break to see the real life in todays Cappadocia. Overnight in Cappadocia.(B)

Full Day North Cappadocia Tour
: You will be met and picked up from your hotel at around 08:30am.
Our first real encounter with Cappadocia almost Martian landscape is in the Dervent valley. We visit Pasabag's "fairy chimneys", where the voice of the wind harmonizes with songs of the fairies. From  here we pause at Avanos center of terracotta art. The ceramic clay from the red silt of the Kizilirmak has always been used. A visit to ceramic & tile center to see how the ceramics made by hand. After lunch we visit the famous Goreme Open Air Museum to see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia. People of Goreme, at the heart of the Cappadocia Region, realized that these soft rocks could be easily carved out to form houses, churches, monasteries. Before tour ends, we will give a break in a local cafe’ “called Kahvehane” where the locals playing cards or backgammon “tavla” while sipping your tea or coffee. Overnight in Cappadocia(B)

Depart Cappadocia and travel to Konya. First, visit the Sultanhani, a prime example of the Seljuk-Turkish caravansari, with its lofty, portal framed by massive walls; its stone-paved courtyard surrounded with rooms that served as treasury, refectory, hamam, mosque, shops and sleeping quarters. Next, take a visit to the Mausoleum of Mevlana and the museum at the Mevlana convent in Konya. Continue to Karatay Medrese to see some of Konya’s Seljuk Turkish tile work and to see the beautiful collection of colorful tiles on display. Then, proceed to Beysehir lake and enjoy the short break at, Turkey's largest freshwater lake, set in a charming location, looking west at the Taurus Mountains on the opposite shore. At the end of the day arrive in Antalya, the trendy “resort capital” on the Turkish Mediterranean coast. Overnight in Antalya. (B)

After breakfast depart for Perge and Aspendos (30 minutes drive).
Perge: According to the Geographer Strabon. Perge was founded by Akhas who came here after the Trojan wars. Perge was first mentioned in 334 BC when Alexander the Great passed through here. In the following years, Perge went under the control of Pergamon when the Kingdom of Pergamon became a part of the Roman city. Especially in the first and the second centuries BC, Perge became one of the richest towns in Pamphylia. Therefore it is not a surprising that St. Paul started his campaign in Anatolia from Perge in 46 AD. After the tour of Pergamon, we will depart for Aspendos. Lunch break on the way.
Aspendos: The eastern land of Antalya was called Pamphylia in ancient times. Aspendos (Belkis) lies 47km east of Antalya in the Pamphylian plain. In 486 BC, Greeks and Persians had a great battle here (Greeks won, they didn't stay for long). During the reign of the Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius (161-80 AD).Aspendos is most renowned for its theatre, which is the best preserved ancient ruin of the area.It was built by Romans and maintained by Byzantines and Seljuks.The ruins of the ancient city are extensive and include a stadium, an agora, and a basilica.Our next stop is the Antalya Archaeological Museum, one of the most important of museums in Turkey.It houses 13 exhibition halls and an open-air gallery,with statues of ancient gods and goddesses.Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure in this vibrant seaside city on the Mediterranean Sea.Overnight in Antalya.(B)

Driving Distance (Antalya to Pamukkale: Approx.3hours)

Today we travel to ancient Aphrodisias, one of the finest archaeological sites of Anatolia, still only partially excavated. The name of the city is derived from the familiar and storied Goddess of Love, Aphrodite, also called Venus by Romans. Here, under Greek and Roman rule a center for the arts once prospered. After lunch at a countryside Anatolian restaurant, we continue to Pamukkale to see the cascading snow white “cotton castle”. Visit the impressive ruins of Hierapolis, where the hot thermal baths were once considered sacred. Continue to your hotel in Pamukkale for overnight.(B-D)

Driving Distance (Pamukkale to Sirince: Approx.2,5hours)

Sirince's construction style today belongs to Anatolian Greeks. The houses on the slopes of the settlement exist today in their original state with their white painted walls. Enjoy the breathtaking views at entrance of the village and experience the lively village streets. Sirince is popular for its unique building style, houses, streets and authentic apple wine made by the villagers. In 1922 the Anatolian Greeks immigrated back to Greece and the Turks settled here in place. There are ancient remains of 42 Churches and Monasteries in and around the village. Sirince is also known as Ephesus in the mountains. Sirince is one of the few Government Protected Areas (G. R. A) of Izmir, meaning its Original Authentic buildings are well preserved. The two Churches in the village center are particularly well preserved dating back to Anatolian Greek times. Overnight in Kusadasi(B)

Driving Distance (Kusadasi to Ephesus: Approx.30min)

Drive to a tour of Ephesus one of the most magnificent excavations in the world. Ephesus entered a period of extraordinary prosperity where it quickly became the most influential commercial city in Asia Minor. As well, it grew to be the second largest city under the Roman Empire. Your tour will include a trip to one of the most preserved structures on Curetes Street, the Temple of Hadrian. This structure was built before 138 A.D. by P.Quintilius and was dedicated to the late Emperor Hadrian. You will continue your visit with a trip to the marble Library of Celsus. It is easily one of the most beautiful structures in Ephesus. The library was built in 117 A.D. and stood as a monumental tomb for Gaius Julius Celsus Polemaneanus, former governor of the province of Asia. You will also enjoy the Great Theatre which was the largest in antiquity with a capacity of 24,000 seats. St. Paul himself once preached here. You can then walk along the same path that Antony and Cleopatra would have once ridden in procession called Arcadian Way. Finally, you may choose to end your tour with a visit to the Virgin Mary’s House. It is recorded that Mary Magdalene lived out her days here following the crucifixion of Jesus. This location is a popular place of pilgrimage for Christians worldwide and has received an official sanction from the Vatican. Then we will head back to Izmir airport to catch the evening flight to Istanbul. Overnight in Kusadasi.(B)

In this tour you will discover the ancient city of Pergamon, an important cultural center and the east capital of the Roman Empire.Pergamon is famous for the invention of parchment, which substituted papyrus when it became difficult to obtain.The tour departs from Kusadasi, where your guide will meet you and we will drive to Pergamon.You will visit the breathtaking Acropolis, which was modeled after the one in Athens. The beautiful view from the hill-top will give you a great panorama of the surroundings.Marvel at the impressive Athenaeum library once held 200,000 volumes, which Mark Antony later offered to Cleopatra as a wedding present.The Temple of Trajan is a huge marble building that has been partially reconstructed from the original pieces found on the site.Look forward to discover the famous Sanctuary of Asclepius is located down in the valley from the Acropolis. In this place there was a sacred fountain where people with health problems could bathe. Legend has it that Asclepius would then give them a vision and explain how to be cured.After a delicious lunch with Turkish specialties, you will have the opportunity to visit the Archeological Museum of Pergamon where you can see many original artifacts found on the site. At the end of the day, drive to Izmir.Overnight in Izmir(B)
